Jiaxing Doublewin Cable Co., Ltd is a professional cable manufacturer based in China, established in 1997 and officially registered under the current company name in 2008. We independently complete core production processes including conductor drawing, insulation extrusion, stranding, shielding, sheathing, and full electrical testing in our Haiyan, Zhejiang factory. Our core product range covers fire alarm cable, security alarm cable, speaker cable, control cable, high-temperature silicone wire and network cable. Approximately 90% of our products are exported to Europe and South American markets.

We implement a strict five-stage quality control process spanning from raw copper incoming inspection to final shipment: batch conductor verification, in-house conductor drawing and stranding, real-time monitored insulation extrusion, precise twisting and shielding validation, and 100% full electrical testing with permanent batch sample retention.
Our in-house laboratory conducts professional performance tests, including conductor resistance, insulation resistance, high-voltage withstand, as well as network cable core indicators such as NEXT and return loss, ensuring full compliance with European construction and data cabling standards.

Where Our Cable Goes
About 90% of our production is exported, primarily to Europe and South America. Our key destination markets include the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Brazil, Chile and Peru. Customers in these regions mostly source fire alarm cables, control cables, silicone wires and Cat5e/Cat6 network cables.
With over 15 years of export experience, we understand that cabling specification vary widely across different markets- conductor cross-section, jacket material, outer print legend and mandatory certification requirements are all different. Testing and inspection. 100% electrical testing is carried out before shipment. Batch samples are retained for traceability; third-party inspection is welcome at any stage.
Shipment and after-sales. Full export documents are prepared, cargo is loaded and we remain available to support technical and installation enquiries after delivery.

WE warmly welcome global clients to conduct on-site factory audits and inspections at any time. If an on-site visit is not feasible, we provide flexible live video tours at your convenience. You can remotely view our full production facilities, including extrusion and twisting lines, finished product warehouse, and professional testing laboratory.
