Jiaxing Doublewin Cable Co., Ltd. is a wire and cable manufacturer based in Haiyan, Zhejiang, China. Our 5,000 m² production facility is equipped with 4 extrusion lines, 6 stranding lines and 2 shielding lines, supporting consistent in-house cable manufacturing.
From conductor processing and insulation extrusion to cable stranding, shielding and finished-product testing, we manage key production stages under one roof. This enables us to maintain consistent product quality, reliable lead times and flexible customization for global distributors, contractors and industrial buyers.

01Are you a cable manufacturer or a trading company?Jiaxing Doublewin Cable Co., Ltd. is a cable manufacturer with its own production facility in Haiyan, Zhejiang, China. Our in-house capabilities include extrusion, stranding, shielding and cable assembly. We welcome factory visits and virtual factory tours.

03What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?Our standard MOQ starts from 10,000 meters, depending on the cable type and specifications. For custom constructions and printing requirements, please contact us for a project-specific quotation. Mixed orders across different cable types can also be discussed.

04How do you ensure cable quality?We implement quality checks throughout key production stages, from incoming raw material inspection to finished cable testing. All finished cables undergo electrical testing before shipment. Our factory is certified to ISO 9001:2015, and applicable products are supplied in accordance with relevant CE, CPR and RoHS requirements.

05Which markets do you serve, and what certifications do you provide?We export to international markets, with Europe and South America accounting for a major share of our exports. Depending on the cable type and destination market, relevant compliance documentation and test reports can be provided.

06Can I request samples before placing an order?Yes. Samples are available for qualified buyers. Sample preparation typically takes 3–5 working days. Courier charges are generally covered by the buyer and may be credited toward the first order, subject to agreement.
